Thoughts on being part of 3d: Working at 3d leisure over the past year has been a key step in building my experience within the fitness industry. I started as a Fitness Instructor and have since progressed into a Mobile Cover Instructor role, which has allowed me to develop greater confidence and adaptability.
The move into a mobile position has been especially valuable, giving me the opportunity to work across different sites, meet a wide range of members and teams, and gain insight into how facilities operate in different environments. It’s helped me strengthen my communication skills and become more flexible in how I approach each day.
