Thoughts on being part of 3d: I really enjoy being part of 3D because it feels like a place where you can grow. I’ve loved the progression from fitness instructor to manager, as well as the opportunity to develop myself further – like adding Pilates and seeing how well it’s been received. It’s really rewarding to feel supported while developing new skills.

I also enjoy the social side of things, like the staff Christmas party and getting to meet people from across the business. It makes you feel part of a bigger team rather than just one site.
