This new personal training studio set up based in West London, 3d will assist W10 with their current operations and the future roll out which is targeted at 4 clubs over 2 years. W10 offers an exclusive service to its members, which are dedicated to getting real results. W10 members get access to a team of experienced personal trainers, bespoke programming, nutritional advice, private coaching and unlimited access to the ultra-effective group training sessions. The gym culture is based on a friendly but very personal and focused approach which many people are finding appealing rather than the standard main stream gym environment where members can get lost.
