3d leisure has continued with the rollout of its own brand, 3d Health & Fitness, which was launched earlier this year when its pre-existing Chandlers Ford site was added to the group. 3d leisure created the new brand, which challenges members to “dare to be different” to offer a platform for new sites and a ready-made branding solution for existing clients.

With Corby and Weymouth already on board, 3d Health & Fitness is looking to expand to 20 sites over the next 12 months with a mid-market solution offering members an exceptional service, focused around small group personal training included within an affordable membership price.

Paul Ramsay, Operations Director, said: “We carefully selected three very different sites for our initial launch to make sure that the concept works in three different markets – Education, Hotel and Stand-alone. We are already seeing great results and plan to launch in many more existing and new sites over the next 12 months. Once we have a detailed proof of concept then we may well offer a franchise model as we have already had some enquiries on this front.”
