We will maximise income by delivering an effective marketing and sales programme. We introduce retention campaigns which encourage and motivate members to stay active and regularly use the club.
We minimise costs, as we have created our own buying group of over 200 clubs; that gives us leverage in purchasing leisure specific items for our clients.
With 3d driving the health club and spa we take away the daily hassle leaving the hotel management to concentrate on core business. However, we ensure that hotel management receive regular reports to monitor our progress and success of their leisure facility.
Clients will be delegating, not abdicating, responsibility for the management of the leisure club to a dedicated specialist team who can get the best return from the facility. We always work within a partnership relationship and encourage the health club staff to be integrated into the running of your business.
