Fitness management company 3d leisure has extended its remit to retirement homes by teaming up with the Anchor Trust, a not-for-profit provider of housing and care for the elderly.

The trust has recently developed two new luxury retirement villages, set amongst the beautiful surroundings of rural village developments in Eastleigh and Yateley in Hampshire. The team’s experts have provided support with the design, specification and fit out of both health clubs and spas, and have also developed the wellness service designed specifically for the older adult.

Alongside modern facilities offering an independent lifestyle, residents will enjoy the new Senses Wellness Centre and Spas, which features a fully equipped gym, studio, heated indoor swimming pool, hair and beauty salon plus a Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna.

Mark Bremner, Managing Director at 3d, said: “We’re thrilled to be a part of this project with the Anchor trust.
