3d leisure, the UK’s leading leisure facility management company held their annual awards presentation last week recognising outstanding achievement across the group. With team members attending from the 65 3d managed leisure facilities across the UK and Ireland. A thoroughly enjoyable evening for everyone attending held at The Thistle Hotel St Albans.
The nominees for each award from the 450 3d employee base are made up of those who have made a real difference to the service 3d provide, individuals that have gone the extra mile demonstrating commitment and innovation.
One of the most prestigious awards for the 3d team is Manager of the year. Finalists for this award included (LtoR) Luke Summerscales, Louise Harrison and Phil Colwell.
After much deliberation and discussions between the senior management team, the award was won by Phil Colwell.
Paul Ramsay, Operations Director said “Phil was recognised after working tirelessly to drive sales through implementing a strong sales planner with a motivated team. Attrition has dropped 10% year on year with sales up 25% as a direct result, our congratulations to Phil”.
