After investing in Myzone belts for all senior managers in December we ran our first group challenge throughout January which generated some keenly fought competition and was eventually won by Managing Director, Mark Bremner. 42 employees took part and throughout the month combined to exercise for 730 hours burning 457,000 calories and earning 101,000 MEP’s!
We have now started rolling Myzone installations into a number of sites and are getting some great feedback from members.
