The importance of training and personal development of employees – both new and experienced – really cannot be overemphasized.
The key element to the continued success of 3d leisure is our people, 3d is made up of a team of over 600 employees and we make learning and development of our people is part of the culture of 3d.
Empowering our people to be more competent and on top of changing industry standards helps us hold a position as a leader and strong within the leisure and wellbeing industry. Our continued investment in training shows employees that they are valued and creates a supportive workplace.
One recent example of our commitment to continued development is one of our long term team members Mark Castle, Mark has recently achieved his Prince2 Practitioner certificate in project management. Mark joined 3d as a leisure club manager in 2004, being promoted to Regional Manager in 2006 and appointed as Mobilisation Manager for 3d in 2019. Mark is planning to qualify for his Operations department manager level 5 in September 2021.
