
Mental Health Awareness Week
Last week, our central support office took a moment to slow down, recharge, and focus on the importance of wellbeing. From yoga and massages to craft tables, fresh fruit, and thoughtful wellness tips, the week was filled with small moments that made a big difference. It was especially lovely to see everyone supporting one another through the compliment box and providing wellness tips, reminding us that kindness, connection, and checking in with each other really do matter.
Creating a positive space for mental health in the workplace helps people feel supported, valued, and better able to thrive both professionally and personally.
