As our main asset is our staff, we are constantly developing ways to support them and ensure they are able to provide an efficient, effective and first class service to our clients, our members and to support each other.
In our continued focus on enabling our onsite teams to provide an efficient, effective and first class service to our clients, our members and to support each other, 3d have recently developed our very own “online training resource”. The online modular training content has been created for our people by our people so totally embraces the 3d ethos and culture ensuring a consistent approach throughout all our staff managing our 113 fitness and wellbeing facilities across the UK.
The training covers every module within our ISO accredited QMS and includes dynamic content with video tutorials and audio links to aid the learning experience. Each module concludes with an exam with an internal qualification which is renewed every 2 years to ensure our teams remain trained, developed and focused on each area of the delivering the best possible experience to people using the facilities we manage.
The online training platform was released into the business during September 2020 and will constantly evolve alongside our business.
