Thoughts on being part of 3d:

Working for 3d leisure has been a significant and rewarding part of my career journey. Across two separate periods of employment spanning a total of over 12 years, I have grown both professionally and personally within the company. In my current role as Group Health, Safety and Compliance Manager, alongside my responsibilities as a Regional Manager, I’ve been able to develop a broad skill set while contributing meaningfully to the business.

What stands out most to me about working for 3d leisure is the level of support that exists throughout the organisation. There is a genuine culture of togetherness, where people are encouraged to succeed and are given the tools and trust to do so. This support has enabled me to take on diverse responsibilities and continue developing in my roles.

The working environment is both professional and enjoyable, there is a strong sense that work can be productive while still being fun. This balance has made a real difference in maintaining motivation and job satisfaction over the years.

Perhaps most importantly, the senior team, of which I am proud to be a part, feels like a family. There is mutual respect and trust, that goes beyond a typical working relationship. This sense of belonging and shared purpose is a key reason why my time at 3d leisure has been so fulfilling.
