At 3d leisure, we believe that creating inclusive, equitable workplaces is fundamental to building strong teams and delivering exceptional services for our clients and communities.

As a UK organisation with more than 250 employees, we are required to publish our annual Gender Pay Gap report. This measures the difference in average earnings between men and women across the whole workforce, regardless of role, seniority or working pattern, based on a snapshot of data taken on 5 April 2025.

We’re pleased to share that this year’s published results demonstrate a significant positive movement toward pay equity at 3d leisure.

The median gender pay gap is just 0.37%, indicating that for many employees across the organisation there is virtually no difference in pay between men and women.

These results reflect the continued progress we are making as a forward-thinking and inclusive organisation, ensuring that opportunities, recognition and reward are accessible to all.

This insight is valuable. Transparency allows us to understand where progress has been made and where further work is needed. We remain committed to continuing to review our structures, opportunities and reward frameworks to ensure fairness across the organisation.

At 3d leisure, diversity and inclusion are not just principles. They are embedded in how we build our teams, support career progression and deliver excellence across the leisure and wellness sector.
