Over 100 Clubs Represented At Our Largest Managers Conference To Date

Today we held our largest managers conference to date with over 100 clubs represented. The day started off with a team building exercise before we had a fantastic keynote from the amazing Montell Douglas, OLY. Montell shared her story of competing at both the summer & winter Olympics, becoming a Gladiator and taking part in Strictly – all this whilst studying & completing THREE degrees!!

The afternoon session saw breakout sessions on Retention with Paul Bedford, Managing Performance with Strictly People, Health & Safety with Besafe and all things Spa with a number of our valuable partners.
