3d leisure successfully secured a contract with an established holiday park based in Calne, Wiltshire to develop the leisure club offered on-site.
Due to various issues including location, local new competition and recent economic downturn the Leisure Club had previously been experiencing a loss year on year. With the implementation of the established operational procedures by 3d Leisure and the additional support from both the Regional Manager and the central support team this facility is within 6 months returning a positive profit.
Paul Dickinson – 3d Regional Manager says “the development of this facility was a challenge, but with our procedures implemented and a focus on sales and retention we have turned this facility around. A net gain of 112 members across January and February against 45 in the same period last year demonstrates that these established procedures clearly work”.
