Thoughts on being part of 3d: I joined the spa team in 2018, so I’ve seen the club both before and after 3d leisure came on board in 2020, and the difference has been significant. I’ve progressed from Senior Therapist to Assistant Spa Manager, and it’s been just as rewarding to see so many of the team develop alongside me. The support, structure and opportunities have genuinely elevated the whole club.
