Across decades of managing, operating, and supporting leisure environments, one consistent theme has remained clear: the quality, confidence, and competence of staff is the single most important factor in delivering exceptional service standards and safe operations.
It is from this insight that 3d leisure training has been established.
This new dedicated training division represents a natural evolution of our business — moving beyond operational delivery alone to actively shape, develop, and strengthen the workforce that underpins the leisure industry.
Rather than treating training as a standalone requirement or compliance obligation, we see it as a fundamental part of operational excellence. Our experience has shown that organisations perform best when teams are not only qualified, but genuinely confident, consistently supported, and continuously developed in line with real-world operational demands.
By launching a specialist training service, 3d leisure is able to bring together three decades of frontline operational knowledge with nationally recognised qualifications and modern learning delivery methods. This ensures that every course we deliver is not only compliant and accredited, but also practical, relevant, and directly transferable to live operational environments.
Working in partnership with leading awarding bodies such as STA (Safety Training Awards) and RLSS UK, we are able to uphold the highest industry standards while embedding real operational insight into every programme.
This launch is not simply an extension of our services — it is a commitment to the future of the industry. A commitment to raising standards, improving workforce capability, and ensuring that every leisure environment, regardless of size or setting, is supported by well-trained, confident professionals who can deliver safe and exceptional experiences every day.
In short, 3d leisure Training exists because experience has taught us that great facilities are built on great people — and great people are built through great training.
At 3d leisure Training, we deliver industry-leading, practitioner-led training programmes designed to support leisure operators, hospitality venues, and workplace environments in meeting their Health & Safety, compliance, and operational excellence standards with complete confidence.
Our approach goes beyond qualification delivery. We focus on real-world application, operational competence, and long-term workforce capability, ensuring teams are not only compliant but confident, capable, and customer-focused in live environments.
We offer fully flexible delivery models including in-person, on-site, and digital learning solutions, enabling organisations to integrate training seamlessly into their operational schedules with minimal disruption.
In partnership with two of the UK’s most respected awarding organisations — STA (Safety Training Awards) and RLSS UK — we ensure all qualifications are delivered to the highest national standards, aligned with current legislation, industry best practice, and evolving operational requirements.

Booking training for your team
3d leisure trains and qualifies leisure staff on your own site. Courses cover pool plant operations and water treatment, lifeguarding and poolside safety, first aid and emergency response, and continuing professional development.
Training runs at your facility rather than at a training centre, so a team qualifies together on the plant and the poolside they actually work on. That matters most for health and safety compliance, where competence has to be evidenced against the specific site.
