The working relationship between Our school and 3d has been an overwhelming success. The club and staff, under the leadership of James, have developed a loyal membership base who feel like part of a community. This has been evident throughout the COVID pandemic and the speed at which numbers have returned to the club clearly shows the role the club plays in peoples lives.

James has maintained an excellent relationship with the school through regular communication and an understanding of the schools aims and values. This relationship continues to go from strength to strength and I hope it can be a mutually beneficial arrangement for years to come.

Head – Newcastle School facility

Master Cook Schools of Taekwondo-Do moved classes to 3d Health and Fitness, Cardinal Hume, in May 2019. When we were thinking of relocating to 3d, James, the gym manager, was very helpful and gave us all of the information and help that we needed. He arranged storage for our equipment and he communicated very quickly and effectively. We were provided with the contract details for booking the room, the terms and conditions were clear and concise and the invoice is sent each month so that we can pay online quickly.

James is always helpful and flexible, helping the club to grow and expand the student base.

Recently, during Covid, James and all of the team at 3d have worked very hard to make the gym Covid safe and this has instilled confidence in our students that class is a safe environment for them to train in.

All of the team at 3d are friendly, hard working and approachable and we look forward to working together in the future.
