Contract flexibility to meet any budget
We are very happy to be flexible with the contracts we have with clients and can amend terms to suit your needs. We can agree a management fee that will cover the cost of operating your club or, if appropriate, 3d Leisure will take a commercial risk and receive no fee. If the business case adds up we will also be prepared to invest in the equipment purchase for new facilities. Depending on the size of the club and the workplace we may also be able to pay a rent back to the client.
