Mark Bremner - Managing Director
Having completed his business degree and world travels, Mark became a founder Director of DC Leisure - a local authority leisure management company managing over 100 leisure facilities on behalf of local authorities. Having sold this business Mark now focuses on developing 3d leisure's service. Mark was a Director and Treasurer at the Fitness Industry Association for over 9 years and is a well known and respected industry figure.

Andrew Deere - Company Secretary and Director
Andrew is a Business Studies graduate from Bristol University. He joined the board of 3d Leisure in 1999 as Finance Director and oversees all financial matters and company administration.
Paul Ramsay - Operations Director
Paul joined 3d Leisure originally as a fitness instructor. After holding many roles in the company he was promoted to the board in 2000. Paul has worked extensively with a wide range of hotel clients and understands what is needed in a hotel leisure club and spa to get the most from them.
As Operations Director, Paul oversees the performance of all our managed clubs through close support of the Regional Management team. Paul will meet with Club Managers and client contacts on a monthly basis (or whenever required) to ensure that we are delivering our promise at every site. Paul also takes direct responsibility for the 3 corporate contracts within the group and works closely with Tesco PLC on their national deal.
Paul coordinates the development of all the companies' QMS and is responsible for our partnership and alliances with external suppliers.
Stuart Broster - Director
Stuart joined the board in 2008 as non executive director. Other directorships include thenhotels owned properties.
Prior to this appointment Stuart was Chief Operating Officer of LA Fitness health clubs (2005-2007), private hotel ownership (2004-2005), Non-Executive Director of Armadillo Sports (Macclesfield) (2004 - date), President/Vice President of Operations for Hilton Canada (2001-2004), Managing Director for Living Well Health Clubs (Hilton PLC) (1997-2001), Area Director for Stakis PLC (1993-97)

Jane Seaman - Spa Manager
Jane is our spa specialist, who has over ten years experience managing and directing spas in some of the most beautiful places in the world. Jane has worked with consultants for a variety of spa operators throughout the UK.
With previous careers in sales and marketing and membership management within the leisure industry, Jane has a depth of knowledge to offer clients. Jane is an accomplished Practitioner/Therapist in her own right and has the insight to appreciate value in all levels of the business.
Regional Managers
Each club we manage is appointed a Regional Manager to provide support and guidance to the onsite team and drive the clubs commercially. All of our Regional Managers have an extensive knowledge of the fitness and spa industry having worked their way through Instructors and club management positions. They will provide onsite support in the form of regular visits and 24 hour telephone support. A key part of their role is to manage and motivate club managers to deliver financial targets and maintain the highest possible standards in terms of service and facilities.
Paul Dickinson - Regional Manager
Paul has many years of practical experience in the industry.He is the customer relationship management expert within our team and manages the membership systems for the entire group and all our centralised sales activity.
Paul has worked as a Regional Manager since 2003 and during this time he has been the key client contact for our Thistle Hotels contract.
Dan Glue - Regional Manager
Dan began in the industry as a part time fitness instructor with 3d Leisure and now specialises in sales, marketing and operations. He works closely with the Operations Director overseeing the key sites within the group ensuring ultimately that bottom line profit is achieved for the clubs we manage.
Dan is a key motivational speaker at a number of our sales and marketing seminars.
Mark Castle - Regional Manager
A graduate in sports management from Northumbria University, Mark has gained vital experience in private leisure operations in USA, Dubai and the UK. He was employed by Terence Conran in 1999 to oversee the opening of the leisure club at the newly refurbished Great Eastern Hotel.
He began his career as club manager but after 2 successful years he was promoted to Regional Manager. Mark specialises in the hotel spa sector and is currently the key contact in dealing with product houses and other key spa partners.
