3d Senior Management Team

Mark Bremner – Managing Director

Having completed his business degree Mark became a founder Director of DC Leisure - a local authority leisure management company which managed over 100 facilities. Mark sold his share in the company and left DC Leisure at the end of 2003 to focus on the development of 3d Leisure. Mark has been a Director at the Fitness Industry Association for over 9 years and is a well known and respected industry figure.

Andrew Deere – Finance Director

Andrew is a Business Studies graduate from Bristol University. He joined the board of 3d Leisure in 1999 as Finance Director and oversees all financial matters and company administration.

Paul Ramsay – Operations Director

As Operations Director, Paul oversee's the performance of all clubs through close guidance of the Regional Management team. Paul will meet with Club Managers and client contacts on a monthly basis (or whenever required) to ensure that all are happy with the current level of support being offered.

Regional Managers

Each club we manage is appointed a Regional Manager to assist in driving the club forward and provide support and guidance to the onsite team. All of our Regional Managers have an extensive knowledge of the fitness industry having worked their way up through club hierarchy from Instructors to Club Management. They will provide onsite support in the form of regular visits and 24 hour telephone support.

Paul Dickinson – Regional Manager

An experienced club manager with over 10 years experience in the industry, Paul now has the responsibility of overseeing 15 health clubs as a Regional Manager. His duties range from health and safety management to driving sales revenue targets.

A key part of his current role is to manage and motivate club managers to deliver financial targets and maintain the highest possible standards in terms of service and facilities.



Dan Glue - Regional Manager

Dan has over 10 years experience in the leisure industry. Having spent the last 8 years working for 3d Leisure Dan specializes in sales, marketing and operations. He works closely with the Operations Director overseeing the key sites within the group ensuring ultimately that bottom line profit is achieved.

Dan began in the industry as a part time fitness instructor and has worked his way up to a Regional Manager and key motivational speaker at a number of our sales and marketing seminars.



Mark Castle - Regional Manager

Mark has been employed in the leisure industry for over twenty years in many capacities. A graduate in sports management from Northumbria University, Mark has gained vital experience in private leisure operations in USA, Dubai and the UK. He was employed by Terence Conran in 1999 to oversee the opening the leisure club at the newly refurbished ‘Great Eastern Hotel.’

Mark has been employed with 3d Leisure for the past 4 years. He began his career as club manager, but after 2 successful years he was promoted to Regional Manager.
