Health and Safety
The system includes;
Risk assessment , normal operating procedures, emergency action plan, staying safe at work, work related stress, safe working practices, COSHH management, serious incident management procedure, accident reporting.

We will identify a health and safety manager, ensure they are trained and then we provide ongoing training and support to keep the system up to date.

Team Management Solutions
We can take care of all personnel management including records, contracts, job specifications and payroll solutions.

Good on-site staff are the key to the success of any facility. To ensure this we recruit and train high quality staff. We will design job advertisements, manage the interview and selection process and retain staff through challenging roles, regular appraisal meetings, training programmes and career progression opportunities.

Finance
We can administer the production of full monthly management accounts, with all income and expenditure being accounted for through our central support office. If required, this can include the preparation of all the necessary files for audit.

We can also provide a membership fee collection solution that takes away all the administration headaches from the on site staff. Using our membership software we are able to administer the collection of member fees via direct debit at our support office. We have completed the necessary procedures to be issued with the required BACS originator number and have been sponsored by Nat West to be able to offer this service.

Audit
We can undertake a full facility audit and assess exactly ‘where are we now?’. We can deliver a comprehensive report that will help the management put in place an action plan to deliver the desired results.

Our feedback will also include benchmarking to other similar facilities, so you see how your club/spa compares.
